We at Samson Manufacturing are staunch defenders of the Second Amendment, and as such, we cannot in good faith follow the guidelines set forth by California Assembly Bill 1263.
Effective immediately, we will not be shipping any of our products to our retail customers in the state of California. Shipping most of our products would require us to collect and retain your personal information which we feel violates the Second Amendment.
If you are a California customer who has already placed an order with us and are awaiting shipment, we will be reaching out to you to let you know the status of your order. Please reach out to your state representatives to reverse these egregious policies.
