The two-piece design of the Samson EXO Series allows for easy installation without removing any gas system or barrel components*. Does NOT include a barrel nut. (compatible with any MIL-SPEC barrel nut).
Accommodates an AR-15 front sight base without having to remove the bayonet lug
or sling swivel.

Very nice and sturdy, but will not fit LWRCI piston system without modification. Must shave underside of top rail at forward end to allow room for piston. After that was done it worked perfectly.
